SEC. 80.30.2. HORSE DRAWN VEHICLES. No person shall drive any animal drawn vehicle into or within the Central Traffic District between the hours of 4:30 o’clock P.M. and 6:00 o’clock P.M. of any day. (Amended by Ord. No. 122,716, Eff. 10/5/62.)
