SEC. 57.6603.3. STABILIZATION. Unstable materials which require stabilization by the use of inhibitors shall not be stored, processed, or handled without such inhibitors, except that where a particular process required the use of an unstable material without such additives, the Chief may waive the above prohibition under specifically prescribed conditions.
