Sec. 4.114.5. Certain FLSA Exempt and All FLSA Excluded Employees. City General Managers, Bureau Heads, Elected Officials and all FLSA excluded employees shall not be entitled to overtime compensation in any form. FLSA excluded employees shall not be subject to any deductions from salary or leave banks for any authorized absence from work for less than a full work day when the absences are occasional, partial-day absences from work. Partial-day absences that are long-term or recurring (e.g., intermittent leave/reduced work schedule for purposes of Family/ Medical Leave) are subject to deductions from salary or leave banks.
