SEC. 45.37. RENT ADJUSTMENT PENALTY. (Added by Ord. No. 187,109, Eff. 8/6/21.) A. Any rental unit subject to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance of the City of Los Angeles which becomes vacant as a result of a violation of any provision of this article shall only be permitted to be rented at the lawful rent in effect at the time of the most recent termination of tenancy.
