Sec. 10.7.1. Enforcement of Prevailing Wage Requirements. In accordance with Division 22, Chapter 13, Article 10, of this Code, the Board of Public Works, Office of Contract Compliance is responsible for the enforcement of the prevailing wage requirements, as referenced in Section 10.7 of this Code, or as otherwise required, of all City contracts. In enforcing this requirement, the Office of Contract Compliance will monitor, inspect, and investigate to insure that the contractor is acting in compliance with the prevailing wage requirements of such City contracts. Each awarding authority shall cooperate to the fullest extent with the Office of Contract Compliance in their enforcement activities. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord. No. 160,668, Eff. 2-21-86.
