Sec. 8.330. Commission Establishment and Purpose. (a) There shall be in the City of Los Angeles a Charter Reform Commission (the “Commission”) that shall have the power, duties, and responsibilities set forth in this Chapter. (b) The purpose of the Commission is to review the City Charter and develop recommendations for amendments and revisions to the Charter for the consideration of the City Council and Mayor.
