Sec. 4.1157. Director of the Office of the City Administrative Officer to Review Health Insurance Program. The Office of the City Administrative Officer shall periodically review the Health Insurance Program established by this chapter and shall recommend such changes in said program to the Board as the Office of the City Administrative Officer deems appropriate.
