Department of Building and Safety Review the following types of adaptive reuse projects that meet the requirements of Subsection B. (Eligibility), and meet the criteria described above in Subsection C. (Standards) and Subsection D. (Incentives) shall be approved by the Department of Building and Safety: a. Adaptive reuse projects involving buildings constructed in accordance with building and zoning codes in effect at the time they were built for which at least 25 years have elapsed since the date of permitted and completed construction, and b. Adaptive reuse projects involving parking structures or parking areas within an existing building for which at least 10 years have elapsed since the date of permitted and completed construction. 2. Zoning Administrator Review a.
