Sec. 13.01.F.7.

on 13.01.F.5.] vi. that, except in case of emergency, no materials, equipment, tools or pipe used for either drilling or production operations shall be delivered to or removed from the drilling site, except between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. of any day.
