(Opportunity Corridors Housing Incentive Program). B. Intent the Opportunity corridors 3A Alternate t ypology is intended to establish a package of alternative standards for housing projects to encourage the provision of restricted affordable units in exchange for incentives such as additional allowable floor area and height in order to increase the feasibility of construction. the alternate typology facilitates the Oppo
