Deemed Approved with LA Al Fresco Authorization i. establishments that have a valid lA Al Fresco Authorization issued or renewed as of January 31, 2024 and have not been previously revoked for violations shall be considered deemed approved and authorized to continue alcohol service operations of the outdoor dining area in compliance with the eligibility criteria and standards set forth in Subparagraph a.
