Supplemental Standards a. the maximum number of adult dogs or cats is limited to no more than 20, or one for every 60 square feet of floor area of the facility, rounded up to the nearest whole number, whichever results in the greater number of animals. b. No more than 30 percent of the floor area of the facility shall be used for overnight boarding. c. Animal boarding areas shall not occupy the area within the first 20 feet, as measured from the storefront of the facility, and shall be separated from retail, grooming, or food storage areas. B. Eating & Drinking: All Any portion of any eating & drinking use on private property designed and intended for the service and consumption of food and drinks, that has less than 75 percent enclosure (regardless of covered area percentage), or less than 25 percent cov
