ng the requirements of Paragraph 4 (Withholding or Revoking of Demolition Permit Approval for Illegal Tenant Harassment or Eviction) above, a “beneficial owner” includes any of the following: a. An entity or natural person that meets any of the following criteria: i. has an “ownership interest” or “ownership or control of ownership interest” as these terms are defined in the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter X. (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Department of the Treasury), Sec. 1010.380(d)(2)(i)-(ii), in an entity described in Subparagraphs a. or b. above; or ii. exercises "substantial control," as the term is defined in code of Federal regulations, Chapter X. (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Department of the Treasury), Sec. 1010.380(d)(1), over an entity described in Subparagraphs a. or b., above; or iii. receives substantial economic benefits from the assets of an entity described in Subparagraphs a. or b. above. d. An owner for purposes of the above excludes the following: i. A minor child; ii. A person acting solely as an employee of an ownership entity and whose control over, or economic benefits from, that ownership entity derives solely from the employment status of the person; iii. A person whose only interest in an ownership entity is a future interest through a right of inheritance; or iv. A creditor of an ownership entity, unless the creditor meets th
