Filing Fees for Environmental Impact Reports & Negative Declarations Where an environmental impact report or negative declaration is prepared for a project for which application for a coastal development permit has been made, a negative declaration or environmental impact report shall consider the effect of the project in light of the criteria established in Sec. 13B.9.1.D. (Decision) and Sec. 13B.9.1.E. (Standards for Review & Required Findings), and no additional charge shall be made.
