Sec. 9.2.1.

Last amended by Ord. 188,765, Eff. 12/29/2025 City of Los Angeles Zoning Code Chapter 1A Development Standard. For the purposes of Sec. 9.2.1. (State Density Bonus Program), Sec. 9.2.2. (Affordable Housing Incentive Program), Sec. 9.2.3. (Opportunity Corridors Incentive Program), Sec. 9.2.4. (Corridor Transitions Incentive Program), and Sec. 9.2.5. (Transit Oriented Incentive Program) development standard is defined as site or construction condition applicable to a development pursuant to any ordinance, land use plan, law, policy, resolution, regulation or other local condition that is adopted or imposed by the city through its various powers, as defined in California Government Code Sec. 65915(o)(2). this includes, but is not limited to standards like height, yards, floor area ratio, open space requirements, parking space requirements, and facade treatments. Digital Display. Digital display is defined as a sign face, building face, or any building or structural component that displays still images, scrolling images, moving images, or flashing images, including video and animation, through the use of grid lights, cathode ray projections, light emitting diode displays, plasma screens, liquid crystal displays, fiber optics, or other electronic media or technology that is either independent of, attached to, integrated into, or projected onto a building or structural component, and that may be changed remotely through electronic means. Direct Access. Direct access is defined as the ability of a person to move to and from a facility or space, without necessitating travel through any intermediate space. Director. Director is defined as the Director of the Department of city Planning , or the Director’s designee. See Sec. 13A.1.6. (Director of Planning). Disabled Veteran. Disabled veteran shall be as defined pursuant to California Government Code Sec. 18541. Disaster. For the purposes of Sec. 13B.9.2. (Coastal Development Permit (Post-Certification)), disaster is defined
