GENERAL STANDARDS & MEASUREMENT the following definitions and standards apply to this Zoning code (chapter 1A). Sec. 14.2.1. BUILDING FOOTPRINT Building footprint is defined as the area of a lot occupied by a building, measured horizontally. Also referred to as "structure footprint". A. Definitions & Standards the following definitions and standards apply to building footprints: 1. Building footprint includes those portions of a lot covered by buildings or structures.
