One copy of the transcript shall be furnished to the commission to be filed. iii. the Planning commission shall consider the matter, and make a report and recommendation to the city council . iv. if the matter was initiated by either the city Planning commission or the Director, and the city Planning commission recommends denial of the proposed ordinance, the decision is final.
