the city council ’s reversal of the ce QA clearance , the city council shall use one of the following procedures. a) Remand the CEQA Clearance the city council may continue its decision on the related project approval or appeal and remand the ce QA clearance to the lower decision maker for further action under the procedures in Paragraph G.3 (Reversed with Remand) of this Section. the action on the related project approval subject to city council approval shall be continued until the lower decision maker adopts a new ce QA clearance and a new hearing before the city council is scheduled.
