Filing Any person aggrieved by the Zoning Administrator’s decision may appeal the decision to the city council . 4. Decision a. Before acting on any appeal, the city council shall set the matter for hearing, giving notice in the manner specified in Subsection C. (Notice) above. b. the city council shall act within 75 days after the expiration of the appeal period. Failure to timely act is deemed a denial of the appeal. c. the city council will render its decision by resolution.
